After 38 years of advocacy on behalf of a party to a dispute, I am now devoting my energies to service as a third party neutral in the arbitration of commercial claims.  Whether administered by any of the world’s recognized institutions or ad hoc, parties may design their dispute resolution to suit their needs, hence, bespoke dispute resolution.
